I visited the hotel for a weekend getaway and was pleased with the location, which allowed for easy access to Newcastle. the amenities were all satisfactory, but what I liked the most were the comfortable facilities in all the bathrooms. the hair dryers and guest toiletries provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. I am overall very satisfied with my experience at the hotel and would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their excellent service.
